Default SLP strut tower brace

It's been on the car for about 30k miles. It's extra weight I don't need on there, unless it actually does help in drag racing too. Anyone know if it's useful other than cornering? $75

Sold, pending pickup

You speak lies..............It would be beneficial if your car is coming down from a wheelie it would help hold the struts shape and not let them flex inword or outword.

Does it have the logo stamped on the top? If so, I'll take it

Those tower braces are a joke, if it pinches inward all it would do would make the brace curve up even more. The arched shape of the wheel well/struts are 10x stronger then a flimsy piece of metal.

I'll add more garbage. I'd say keep the stb on there and take off the front sway bar (if you haven't arleady). I noticed on my old car that with the sway bar removed the front end got a little sloppy at high speeds, but when I added a stb that weighs a fraction of what the sway bar does it stabalized the front a bit at those high speeds, but.... whateva... : )
