I don't have a fbody, although I do like them, and actually may have one in the near future. I don't know if I'm biased because I had a Mustang before or not, but I just like the look better of a 03/04 Cobra then a Camaro. As for why I don't have one= money... I'm still working my way through school, hopefully in another year or so I can afford something like that. Really though, there's a couple other cars that I like around that same 20-25k price range quite a bit as well. I'm currently leaning towards a FRC C5 Corvette, when I have a better paying job, or maybe even a C5 Z06 if I come across a good deal at that time.

After this thread I've decided to purchase an LS1 TA.
Trust sent me a vid of one with just a K&N intake, I was pretty impressed with the dyno vid and results. Trust was right, these cars really do respond to simple mods

I almost purchased a cobra, but there was minor details that made me pick the Z28. I would take the 800rwhp cobra with out a doubt.
I am really digging that white cobra

I'm the same way. I like fast cars...preferably RELIABLE fast cars. I don't really care where it came from. If you can make a car fast by today's standards, and still drive it places without worrying about it breaking down, I'm a fan.
There is also another type of blind brand loyalty. I call it the "what I have is better than what you have" syndrome. I have a couple of distant family members who have this disease baaad. No matter what they have, it is the best thing known to man. If they have a Harley, your sportbike is a cheaply made and is not a real man's bike. When they get a sportbike, it is the funnest thing on earth and everyone should have one. And it goes on and on....really get's under my skin. I see a lot of that with car "loyalty".

I would take the camaro. Cobras are nice cars, i've just never been able to get into mustangs. I've drove a few mustangs and i just feel weird driving one.

I got to good of a deal on my camaro, had to let the cobra go. If i could stick my LSX, and all of my suspension stuff from my camaro into a 03-04 cobra body........ i would in a second.

I love all kinds of fast cars as long as their done right.
I really, really want an 03-04 Cobra, but I also really, really want a C5 Z06. The whole Cobra thing comes from owning a couple different Mustangs and I just "feel" at home in one. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my T/A, but I've never felt as comfortable in one as I do the Cobra/99-04 Mustang. Only other car I've felt that comfort level in was C5 Vette, a Z06 to be exact.

I would take the Cobra without a question. I especially like the '03-'04 Cobras. If you offered both cars with the 800HP option, that would be tougher. I think the f-body might take the cake on that one, but I'm not too brand loyal to not see that both cars are respectable.

I'd take the F-body if both were 800hp as the F-bod is lighter than the Cobra
