Requirements to join The OKGMP Car Club |
- Gen III, Gen IV, & LT1 cars automatically meet performance requirements without the need for 1/4 mile time/dyno numbers. The car must be presentable (fully painted without any major body damage) and be approved by the leaders
- Performance vehicles other than stated above have to meet the minimum requirements. A performance vehicle is defined as a vehicle that meets the following requirements:
- 13.99 or faster 1/4 mile ET or dyno higher than 300 RWHP
- Must look presentable (fully painted without any major body damage)
- Requires a vote from at least 3 of the leaders
- A hybrid vehicle is defined as a non GM vehicle with a GM engine transplant. Hybrid vehicles will only be allowed on a vehicle by vehicle bases, and must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Transplant engine must be a Gen III, Gen IV style engine
- Vehicle must be of a sports car design.
- Requires a vote from at least 3 of the leaders
